How to Transfer Your Domain from Help.com to Above.com

Step 1: Retrieve Your EPP Code

The EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) code is required to authorize the transfer from one registrar to another. You will need the EPP code to securely transfer a domain.

Note: The EPP Code, can also be referred to as the Auth Code, Domain password or Registry Key.

To retrieve your EPP code:

1. Log in to your Help.com account.

2. Navigate to Dashboard > Registrar > Manage Domains.

3. Select your domain.

4. Click the Aqua "Request Authcode" button on the right.

The EPP code will be sent to the domain owner’s registered email.

Note: Ensure you have access to the registrant email account, as the EPP code will be sent there.

Step 2: Initiate the Transfer to Above.com

Once you have received the EPP code, follow these steps to transfer your domain to Above.com.
